If you are the Seller - Be sure to
give your most current copy of the registration
for the vehicle your are selling to the Purchaser
of your vehicle, along with a transfer form.
Be sure the registration and transfer form are
signed by you as the seller.

If you are the Purchaser -
Please
be sure the Seller supplies you with the
information noted in item #1.

If you are the Purchaser and have
an outstanding debt with ICBC, the account must be
paid by guaranteed funds before you will be able
to transfer the vehicle into your name.

If the vehicle is purchased by two
owners, then both must be present before the ICBC
agent to sign the registration papers.

If the vehicle is given to the
Purchaser as a gift, then the Seller must supply a
letter indicating that no money or other
consideration was received for the vehicle.

FORMS THAT HAVE BEEN CHANGED OR
ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY ICBC.

PHOTO-COPIES OF REGISTRATION
DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
